Our trainers will guide you through the designated stations. The location of these stations will not change. Each week you will know where to find Station #1 – #6. The station exercises, however, will change with each workout.

It is a high intense workout where you are allowed to work at your pace under the watchful eye of our certified professionals aka no slacking off!
