At Grit Fitness and Wellness, we believe that the physical limitations cause movement inefficiencies. Those inefficiencies cause you to lose power, swing speed, and an overall inconsistency in your ball contact. The premise is that lack of mobility & stability in your joints doesn’t allow your body to reach the proper swing positions. Our TPI trainers will assist you through eliminating these physical limitations and focus on improving your golf game.
These limitations need to be identified and this is conducted through a screening. The screening helps evaluate your movement patterns and swing mechanics, biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, and a review of previous injuries.
